Dont know the reason why it is pending. Can you please advice me? Does this mean i will get it or not? When am I likely to know my status? Hi, if you were returned passport, that means you will not be granted a visa from Singapore. Officers have right to deny application without any explaination. I have never heard of that it is an issue of extra fee for application. You'd better contact other travel agent for that information.
