About:China Visa Exemption

Beijing Stop over for 4 days - is visa required for Filipno?

I am a filipina and im flying from manila to dubai on January via china southern airline which has a stop in Beijing. And in doing so, i thought of visiting my friends who lives there, for 4 days, before moving on to Dubai. IS visa required?

What kind? requirements and how much would it cost? can i get it from the airport?

Yes, you need to apply for a visa in advance from Chinese embassy in Philippines. Both transit G or tourist L are ok. A single entry is 1,400 Peso. For documents, you can refer to https://www.travelchinaguide.com/embassy/visa-application-philippines.htm
