Route plan and travel by?

Hi,can you please advice the route to save more time on travelling??
First will reach HangZhou,plan to go Shanghai-SuZhou-Nanjing-Huangshan,last will back to Hangzhou.
I have 9 days to travel in China, will spend 2 days in HuangShan.
Kindly advice which transport to use for travel from one province to another.
