my visa to attend canton fair was refused

Question

I am a Sri Lankan National and my application was refused by the Chinese EMbassy today requesting for the Original Visa Notice from Chinese Government.I do have the completed application, valid passport,   letter from my co., bank statements, brc  invitation letter from my sponsor and color scanned copy of the visa notice. Original wl be received on Monday thru courier. But since my tkt is done to travel on monday night, I need to get the visa by mondaya afternoon. I need to attend canton fair and have a meeting with our sponsor. My co., can guarantee and submit the original on monday at time of collecting my passport.Can anybody tell me is this how it works and how can I re-submit. Thanks - Vee

You may consider applying for an on-arrival visa at Guangzhou airport with the proof of the urgent meeting in Guangzhou. If you can get any government proof of your emergency, it will be better.
