Question

Hi Travelchinaguide. Helping arrange a conference in China, and colleagues are booked to arrive at Beijing Terminal 3 from Lanzhou at 1755. They are then scheduled to leave from Terminal 3 to Bangkok at 1935. Both flights are with Air China. Do they have a good chance of making it through transit on time with only 100 minutes?

You will be in a rush. Since your transfer is between domestic flight to International flight, you need to leave about two to three hours to make transfer. The delay of the flight need to be considered also. So you need to hurry up after you get off the plane.
