If you want to visit Shenzhen, Zhuhai, then to Macao, you can apply for a China visa in advance in Denmark, or in HK. The regular processing takes 4 working days, fee is HK$200, it can be quicker if you use express service, extra fee is HK$300. With this, you can visit other cities after entering to Shenzhen.
