Train to Fuzhou from Quanzhou

We are arriving at Jinjiang Airport next week. We are then planning to take a high-speed train to Fuzhou. What train and from which station do you suggest we take, Jinjiang or Quanzhou? Which is closer and more convenient coming from the airport? Also, are there shuttles/buses directly from the airport which travel to either train station?
