i am a us citizen currently living in japan . how much will a tourist visa cost?

I will be applying for the tourist visa at the Sapporo, Japan consul office.  I will not be returning to Japan after the 10 day visit to China.  Also, is English spoken in the Sapporo office?

Hi, if you are temporary visitor to Japan, you need to apply through a travel agency. Vis fee is yen 15,000. If you have Certificate of Alien Registration in Japan, you can apply on your own. Don't worry, they can speak English.
