My friend, a Netherlands citizen, currently living in Shanghai is planning a trip to Japan next week but his current Visa expires within next week. Can he renew his visa at China Embassy in Tokyo? If it's possible to renewew his Visa in Tokyo, how many days does it take for issueing one?
