f visa application from a third country

Question

I am a Sudanese citizen, currently working in Shanghai and my F visa is expiring next month.Is it possible to apply for a new F visa while im in Malaysia under a 'tourist visa' ?? Please advice.Thank you

No, you are required the permanent residence or work permit for Malaysia which should be valid for at least 6 months if you want to apply there. You'd better try to find yourself a visa agency to apply for a F extension with another entry before leaving.
