About:Chinese Embassies and Consulates

I am holding student visa, Can I bring my wife and daughter with me for one year?

I am currently student of school of government at Sun Yat-Sen Univeristy, Guangzhou, Guangdong Province china. I am planning to bring my wife and daughter to china to stay in china with me for one year. Is it possible to get multiple entry visa for my family? If yes what is the permitted duration of stay?

Yes, your wife and daughter can apply for L visa accompany yours in China. It can be multiple with longer suration. Invitation letter from your university, copies of your passport, X-visa and residence permit are required.
