I have an outstanding contract in Yunfu Guangdong China from May 2012-2013 but my employer failed to renew my working visa last May that they decided to send me home in the Philippines. Now they were saying that because of the problem between China and Philippines, the China government delayed the issuance of Alien Employment License that I don't know if there's a truth to this. I've been waiting for this Alien Employment License for almost 4 months now.

Is China government hold the issuance of Alien Employment License of the PRC to Filipinos?
