Residence permit for my mexican girlfriend

Hi, i am austrian and i work for an austrian company in shanghai, my girlfriend is mexican and lives currently in usa. I got a permanent residence permit and i want to take my girlfriend from usa to shanghai that we can stay together all the time. Is it possible that she also can get a permanent residence permit even we are not married yet? or what do we need to get it? many thanks

I am afraid not if you are not married yet. You can try to apply for her a L visa, with invitation letter from your company, it is possible for her to get an L with longer duration.
