hello, can i obtain the visa on a venezuelan passport in holland?

Question

Due to holidays next week as well as the presidential elections in Venezuela it is impossible to get a visa here. As I have dual nationalities and my other passport was issued in Portugal I wonder if it is feasible to get it in The Hague as the invitation letter was issued on my Venezuelan passport number and I am scheduled to oversee the acceptance of an airplane from Oct, 3rd until Oct 20th in Guangzhou

Hi, if you have invitation letter with your Venezuelan passport number, you have to apply with your Venezuelan passport for a visa to China.  Just have a try to submit your application to 6th floor Rijswijkseweg 60(Ortel Mobile Building), 2516 EH，Den Haag asap. The office will be closed from Oct 1st to 3rd for Chinese national holiday.
