In lieu of the fact that the organiser have not sent the letter of Invitation for Hong Kong Innovation and Technology Association slated from October 7th to 15th, 2012 and we are required to pay all the stipulated amount to the bank which the bank is still demanding for the Invitation Letter, if incase we receive the letter of invitation and paid the stipulated amount to the account of the organiser can you still consider 23 participants from Federal and State Ministry of Education the visas before our departure on 7th October, 2012? Furthermore, what will be the cost per visa within 3days?

I am afraid not, Chinese national holiday is coming soon, the embassy will be closed during the holiday. So, you'd better contact the consular office directly for more information. Extra charge is 4,000 nairas for 3-4 working day processing.
