Requirement of hotel/airline tickets for visa

We airlne sapce aviable on UAL as retired emplopyees. We do not have a copy of the airline tickets as we are on stand by of SA [space aviable]. Also we stay at the hotel for the crew aith out a confirmnation. How do we handle this
