Hotel in Pu Dong airport

My parents are going to Sydney and will have a stopover in the airport for 12 hours. They are a bit scared to go to city. We think it would be nice for them to spend this time in a hotel. So is there a hotel in the airport as written above??? - Hourly Hotel: A three-star-rated hotel is located on the Transfer Level of the main terminal building.
I tried to call them but some of them didn't speak English, other didn't know about the hotel.
