l have a visa to enter China before 13th December and it was issued on the 13th of september. l intend travelling by november 20th. Will it be late then and what is the last date to travel with it?

You can enter any time before or on December 13 th. Don't worry, if it is for single entry, the most probably you can stay for 30 days after entry, read your visa carefully as Duration. If you enter on 20 th of Nov. you can stay until 20 th of Dec.
