About:Chinese Embassy in Iran
Can I get 6 months tourism visa? and Can I apply for HK visa when Im in China?

Generally, a single entry tourist allows 30 days stay. You can try to apply for a multiple entry if you plan to stay there for 6 months, with invitation letter from a travel agency or other proof which show your travel itnerary for 6 months. You can apply for a visa to Hong Kong when you are in China.1
