About:Chinese Consulate in San Francisco

Can I apply for my adult HKID at the Chinese Consulate in SF.

I have lost my children HKID, but I have my HK birth certificate

Yes, you can submit your application to CHinese consulate in SF, but your application will be sent to HK immigration for approval and process. Copies of your childre HKID is required if any.
