trevelling through kazakhstan by land

Question

im a british citizen living in china with my chinese wife, we have a car here and would like to travel to kazakhstan, what is needed, viza? car insurance. can i get these at the border? any help pls.

Hi, visa is required, and you need to get it in advance. It is better if you can provide invitation letter from a local travel agency. BTW, it is very complicated to go through the immigrations if you travel by land with your car. You may need to refer to its embassy for more details.
