Chinese visa in Moscow

Hello,

I have a Russian business visa.
I would like to know if I can get one to China while I am in Moscow ?
how much would it be for a tourist L (1 entry)? (French passport)

yes, you can apply for it in Moscow. Fee is SUR 900.
