refused china l visa

Hi, I am an assistant professor in a Govt. University of Bangladesh. I have been study in China since 7 months as a PhD student with full scholarship (3800 RMB/Month). I have applied for L VISA to visit my wife here in China. I have supplied the following documents:1) application form2) Invitation letter issued from my University3) My Passport copy4) Marriage certificate5) Six months bank statement (1,32,000 taka balance in my account)6) Round trip air ticket bookingBut the consular officer of Chinese embassy Dhaka denied to issue the VISA. They didn't even clear me whats the lacking. Please suggest me any other documents requires or not.

Copy of your residence permit in China may be also necessary.

Your bank balance is not enough,its very poor,u need to prepare 600000 tk at least

Thanks John for giving a valuable suggestion. But I am a teacher of a Govt. University of Bangladesh. 600000 tk is no problem for a businessman. It means that Chinese government discouraged to travel family members of highly educated teachers of Govt. University of Bangladesh. The reason for this might be we earn very little salary.

I AM  SORRY THIS IS THE REALITY ,CHINA DOESNT ENCOURAGE THAT MUCH TOURIST VISA FOR BD ,THEY ARE MORE INTERESTED IN ISSUING BUSINESS VISA
