About:Chinese Embassy in Afghanistan

Student Visa for Afghans

I applied for Ph. D study in Hong Kong but immigration department of China says that Afghanistan including six other countries can’t get student visa. If I counted eligible to study in Hong Kong, How would I be able to get student visa for three years study?
