About:Zhangjiajie Travel Tips

Zhangjiajie temperature

I read on some weather forecast site that the temperature can get up to 34C in August. Is it just for the city or is it that hot up in the scenic park ? What about rain, is summer the rainy season ? Thanks

Hi, during August of Zhangjiajie, the average temperature could be about 30 C as you mentioned. The averge is for both the city and the scenic spot. But due to the speacial location and a large number of trees, the scenic spot can be a little cooler. During that time, the rainy season of Zhangjiajie has passed, but the sudden rain may happen from time to time.
