US citizen in Sweden: which forms for visa application?

I'm a US citizen working in Sweden. Can I apply for a visa to visit China at the Chinese embassy in Stockholm?
Assuming I can, do I fill out the forms for a visa from Sweden or the ones for a visa from the US?
