us citizen in sweden: which forms for visa application?

I'm a US citizen working in Sweden. Can I apply for a visa to visit China at the Chinese embassy in Stockholm?Assuming I can, do I fill out the forms for a visa from Sweden or the ones for a visa from the US?

You can apply in Sweden if you work there. But make sure check consular district of embassy in Stockholm first. If you reside in any of them, you need to submit application to CVASC in Stockholm. You need to fill both Application form V2011A and V2011B, which are available to download from this site.
