About:Chinese Embassy in France

I have France permanent resident, I need to visit Hong Kong from here in Paris

Dear Sir,
I am living here in Paris with permanent recidence, I hold Refuge passport (titre de voyage pour refuge) and my origine nationality is Bangladesh. I need to participate in 13th Asia-Pacific Shitoryu Karatedo Championships-2012 in Hong Kong on 12 to 17 December 2012.
So, how can I achieve the necessary ones? I seek your kind information.

You can submit your application for HK to Chinese embassy in Paris with your permanent residence permit. Invitation letter from HK is required. Other basic documents are your passport, application form and photo. The processing takes few days, but will be longer if approval from HK immigration Department is necessary.

I am afraid not. You can send application to others if you can not visit the consulate in person.
