just wondering will I be able to get a Visa if my passport expires 4mnts after my schedule arrival to China ?

Your passport should be valid for 6 months when you submit your visa application. A single entry China visa is valid for 3 months from issue date, so it is ok if you get your visa two months prior to your departure date.
