Can i get chinese visa in one day?i have italian and nigerian passports ,im going for pingpong

I stay in in Cagliari,im travelling to china and i need urgent visa for a TABLE tennis training in beijing,how can i get the visa in one day as i have to travelling to rome by air?i have both italian and nigerian passports ,and what are the fees to pay so that i can be' ready,Thanks .
