I do not live near Vancouver; can I do my application completely by mail?

Chinese Visa Application Service Center (CVASC) in Vancouver does accept mail application, and you cna get mroe about the details on the center's official website http://www.visaforchina.org/YVR_EN/applybypost/253819.shtml
