Where can I complete my online visa application for Nicosia?

I cannot find the website that provides options to apply from Cyprus. I am a resident of Cyprus, but I hold a Venezuelan passport. Can you please share the link?

To apply in Cyprus, you need to go to the China Embassy based there.
