About:Means of Transportation in Jinghong

From Luangprabang , Laos, how can I get in Xishuangbanna or Jinghong by flight ?

I would like to visit Xishuangbanna to see some ethnic groups, with their cultural life and Botanical Garden, what Travel agency I have to contact ? Is it credible ? Is the Tropical Flowers Garden and the Medicinal Botanical Garden and the Botanical Garden the same ?
What is the exchange rate US dollars to local currency ?

Your are right. The Medicinal Botanical Garden is the same as Botanical Garden.
The exchange rate between the US$ and RMB is 6.355:1. It means that 100 US$ equals to about 635 RMB.

There is flight between Luangprabang to Xishuangbanna, but the flights are available only on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday.
