Actually, you can take the long distance bus from Guangzhou airport to Bagualing, Shenzhen and then change to subway to reach your hotel. After you reach the Bagualing, Shenzhen, you can take a cab to reach Grand Theater Subway Station and then take the Luobao Line to reach Chegongmiao Station. After you get out of the station, you can see your hotel.
I advise you to take the subway, because there is about 12 kilometers long between the two places and taking taxi is expensive in Shenzhen. If you are do not worry about it, you can take the taxi to reach your hotel directly.
