Do you think my visa for tourist will be approved?

Hello. I wish to go Shanghai. A friend invited me. Send me a letter of invitation and his national residence ID's and passport. I am self employed here. I do not have business permits and do not have certificate of employment because I am working on my own as an English Online Teacher. I already have the following: Passport, Bank account, my account do not have enough money. I only have P30,000. MY planned stay in Shanghai is only for a week. Do you think my visa for tourist will be approved? What else is needed to support my application for L Visa?
