18 hour stopover

New Zealand citizen stopping over in Guangzhou for 18hours can i go sigtht-seeing for this short period without a visa

If you want to go out of the airport, you need to apply for a visa, or you can apply for a 24 hour stay permit at the airport with your passport and onward ticket.
