Hello, is the information about the bus departs from TANGKOU to HANGZHOU still up to date please?

Yes, the last bus from Tangkou to Hangzhou is at about 17:00.
The last bus from Hangzhou to Tangkou leaves at 15:10 from Hangzhou West Bus Station.
The Hangzhou Long Distance Transportation Group provide the Chinese service online booking, but it will be hard for foreign friends to book online. So I advise you to book the tickets at spot, at the station.
