refusal of hong kong tourist visa in korea

sir i have permenent residence in south korea i provide all docoments to china embassy for hong kong tourist visa but embassy didnt issu me visa and also didnt said me reason i want to know embassy why refused my visa embassy have to explain me its embassy duty its not fair any country didnt refuse me my visa canada.usa,australia

Hi, sorry to hear that, but visa officers are entitled to make the final decision for visa application, even reserve their duty to provide no reason for visa refusal. May I know which country's passport you hold? maybe you are not required visa for entry.
