About:Chinese Embassy in Malaysia

I am a malaysian and have resident permit in China(Shanghai)

1)I would like to know,how much cash can bring out from china.
2)Also want to know,i going back to renew my new passport which was expired soon,but my Visa is in my old passport still.do i need to bring both passport together to entry China ?or how?

You are allowed to bring outside of China with up to RMB20,000. For the China visa on your old passport, it is ok for entry. So, just take with you both your old and new passport when entry.
