im from philippine i want totravelin shanghai and sametime visit my chinese boyfriend ,recently in tourist visain dubai so how and what to do so i can travel in china this months of august 2012

I'm afraid you have to go back to philippines to apply for a China L tourist visa for your trip to Shanghai, since China Embassy in Dubai doesn't issue China vias to temporary visitors there.
