Please am a Ghanaian without a norwegian passport but married to a norwegian citizen. I would like to visit my friend who is also a Ghanaian  studying in China from june 2013 t0 july 2013. I would like to know the document required for the visa application.Thanks

From June 2013 to July 2013? one month study in China? anyway, you can apply for a China L visa in Norway with a copy of your valid Residence Permit or Visa by UDI or Police Station in Norway. For L visa application, documents needed are your passport, Visa Application Form V2011A and V2011B, a recent passport photo, A Letter of Invitation from your friend, with copies of her/his student visa/residence permit and passport information page. If you do not want to provide invitation letter, you can just provide  your travel plan, a Round-trip flight booking record, and Hotel booking reservation of the main cities.
