my agency will take 24,000RMB and i have to wait 2years without seeing my passport pls help me.

I was a victim of illegal recruiter although maybe it is my fault to think to work here in china for my 4 kids,but i never expect my contract is not good which is stating that i need to pay for them 24,000RMB for 8months of working to any employer they will give to me,and will be deducted 3,000RMB every month and i will only have 500RMB left on my salary every month for 8months which is my total salary is 3500RMB.I asked them if what kind of visa i have coz i never had chance to see it since I reached in HONGKONG.My agent is in the Philippines and 1 in Hongkong,I came here in Beijing by train from Hongkong,and I worked in Dandong for a month and now I am here in Beijing again,they gave me another employer this past 2days and I worked there but my employer was very sensitive so I decided to go back in my agency and tomorrow 28th of July i will having new employer again,I tried to asked my agency if ever i paid them for 8months do I have a chance to go back to my country but they told me I need to pay more for my employer,,and they have told me I need to exit every six months but as usual I cannot hold my passport like before,my agent just sent my passport directly to my agency here,I have L-VISA,Do i have a chance or choice to just leave my agency and try to ask help in our embassy or just i need to finish my contract with them which is I have to pay for them lots of money,,pls do help me.I want to work but I want to be legal and I want to have my rights too,pls give me an advice.
