About:China Customs Declaration

Where can I declare my money? Can I do for RMB (it is more than 20000RMB)? Can I do it in Banks?

Sam, you need to declare it at the customs. If you carry too much money, I think you'd better deposit your money at a debit card and then withdraw your money when you arrive.

Unfortunately I have no debit card. The money is about 10K Euro. Do you mean customs in airport?

Sam, it about 67000 RMB, too much. It's not a matter of declaration. I am afraid that the customs might take your money into custody because you carry too much cash. You either choose to establish an account and get a debit card or convert your money to a traveler's cheque.
