I want to apply as a tourist visa but i have not any invitation latter from china.

My name is mudassar ahmad from Islamabad Pakistan i want to apply as a tourist visa but i have not any invitation latter from china.i want to know Without invitation latter can i get the tourist visa?
Please advise me accordingly because i am much surprised to see the china the great land
