if i'm going Shenzhen from HK by rail which stops at Luo Hu, how do i go to WOW??

Yes, the East Rail Line of HK can take you to Shenzhen and the station is Lo Wu (Luo Hu) indeed. After arrival at Luo Hu, you need walk to Luo Hu MTR Station first. Then you can take Luobao Line to WOW directly.
