Taiwan is a humid subtropical climate, thus, it has a relative high humid and temperature.  January has the lowest temperature in the year, which has the average temperature at 13.6 centigrade degree.If you want to see the snow, you can go to Hehuan Mountain, which is on the border of Nantou County and Huanlian County.It is difficult to find the mountain with snow in Taipei or around Taipei.
