Is there bus from Panzhihua to Shangrila?

Your information on long distance bus states that it is possible to go to Shangrila from Panzhihua. is the opposite direction available. And can i continue to travel east from Panzhihua. Thanks

It is suggested to make a transfer in Lijiang and then to Shangrila. Of course, you can continue to travel east from Panzhihua.
