i want visit several cities in zhejiang then by shanghai airport (pudong)go out from China

i ask you:
i must visit few cities please give me best choose short distance for visit several cities, i must visit yuyao,yiwu,taizhou, ningbo , shanghai,
i am in guangzhou now how can i visit all of thease cities in shortest distance and less pay money. by train is better and easy and sooner or boss,which one is better?
i have to go out from china in shanghai airport (pudong airport)
