We r planing to travel on 18th July to shanghai is the temperature very hot and unbearable  during July please advice ....

It will be extremely hot and that time in Shanghai. The average temperature may be about 27~35C.  It calls for summer cool clothes like shorts. It may also have a lot of rain. Thus, you'd better take an umbrella with you whenever go outside when travelling there.
