time constraints...

Question

is it possible for me to apply for tourist visa (for 3D/2N); i have residence visa here in uae good up to 2014, main reason is i do not have much time in arranging a tourist visa in philippines as my vacation is only 14 days and need to go back to uae after 14 days and can i also apply tourist visa of my wife in behalf of me even she is in philippines?

You can apply for a China tourist visa in UAE with your residence visa. But for your wife, she needs to apply in Philippines if she has no residence visa for UAE.
