Firstly, I would say you have made a tight schedule, and I advise you cut down the attractions of both your 2 days' plan if you want to enjoy yourself well.
1. Ole London Hotel has free shuttle buses at the airport.
2. Venetian is just opposite to Ole Hotel.
3. The open time is 10:00-18:00.
4. Walk to MGM to take the free shuttle bus of the casino to Ole Hotel.
5. I think you wii have to take a taxi, since it is a little bit difficult to Margaret’s Caf’ e Nata. They are far from each other, you can't walk.
6. Take Bus No. 11, 30, 33 from Avenida de Almeida Ribeiro.
7. Take the free casino bus of Ole London Hotel near the MacDonald's.
8. There are free shuttle buses in between them.
9. I think it is safe, but still take care.

Hi, to give corrections first. Ole London Hotel do not provide free shuttle bus to and from Macau Airport. It is in the penninsular but Venetain is in Taipa Island. They are not opposite to each other. It costs about 70MOP by taxi from Macau Airport to the hotel. You can take airport bus 26 to P.Ponte Horta/Terminal Bus stop. Then wak 2 minutes to the hotel. Bus 26 also pass through the nearby area of Venetain. It seems the free sightseeing bus provided by Venetain passes this hotel. You can take it either. Ole London doesn't offer free shuttle bus to Macau Ferry Terminal, but the star hotels nearby would have, such as Sofitel Macau Ponte 16, 5 minutes walking from Ole London. You can go to take their bus or take bus 3A, 3.2MOP. If you only have 6 hours on Macau, you can only have time to see Statue of Kun Lam, City of Dreams and Venetain.

Ole London Hotel is near to Margaret’s Caf’ e Nata, Largo do Senado and St paul Ruins, so you can just walk to visit them. From St paul ruins to Taipa Village, Frank is right that you can take Bus 11,30,33 to there.
